Join us as a Service Administrator in Stoke-on-Trent. We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support our busy community drug and alcohol service. This role will be primarily based within our Criminal Justice team, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of this part of the service. You will work closely with key partners, including prisons, custody suites, and probation services, to support information sharing and maintain accurate data records.
Responsibilities will include managing trackers that monitor client journeys as they engage with community support, handling calls via our dedicated Criminal Justice phone line (including those referred directly from court settings), and assisting with the printing and coordination of prescriptions for clients seen within the Criminal Justice pathway. You may also provide wider administrative support to the service, such as front-of-house duties, meeting and greeting, and assisting with the main service phone line.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained. The role is permanent and full‑time working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with some evening and Saturday working as required. The salary is £25,000 per annum.
