Overview

Family Routes is a Registered Charity established in 1988 and a Voluntary Adoption Agency registered by RQIA.

The Purpose of the Organisation is to promote “A Family Life for Everyone” and we currently deliver five services to achieve that aim.

• Adoption Routes - an Adoption Service
• Next Step – a support and information service to birth parents and relatives whose children are in the process of adoption
• Fertility Counselling Service ni
• Origins Adoption Service
• TESSA – Therapeutic Education Support Service in Adoption

Role

Due to restructuring we are seeking an Administrator to ensure administrative support to the five services above in an efficient, effective and empathetic manner.

Responsibilities / Requirements

The successful candidate will essentially meet these requirements:

• Demonstrated experience of providing effective administration and support to professionals delivering to service users
• Demonstrated experience and empathy of interacting with a diverse group of Service Users

Compensation

The salary for this post is £25,459 per annum pro rata 37.5hrs per week
