As our SEO Manager, you will be the driving force behind our organic growth strategy, both SEO & GEO. You will be responsible for the evolution and execution of Bulk organic search strategy & projects.

Leveraging your expertise in SEO best practices and new emerging techniques, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders & third-party partners to optimise our website and content and drive organic traffic.

You will work in the Performance & Insights department alongside paid media and marketing insights specialists in a self-motivated, pluridisciplinary, and versatile team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our content localisation efforts in collaboration with our copywriting team.
  • Conduct regular competitor and website health analysis to identify areas for improvement, potential opportunities, and new gaps.
  • Continuously monitor website performance, track KPIs, and maintain an optimal website health.
  • Upskill yourself and your direct report continuously, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Bulk maintains a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies on campaigns and product launches.
  • Evangelise in the business to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation and processes.
  • Monitor and analyse website health, traffic, and conversion data, deriving insights to refine SEO strategies and performance reports.
  • Identify and address technical SEO issues that may impact site visibility and crawlability.
  • Conduct in-depth website audits to assess technical performance.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Digital team and your direct and indirect reports to implement technical SEO recommendations, such as site speed improvements, mobile optimisation, structured data markup, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Lead initiatives to improve URL structure and internal linking.
  • Maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, low broken link counts, canonical tags & a healthy backlink profile
  • Support the team with keyword research and the optimisation of on-page elements, and metadata to improve rankings and CTR.
  • Collaborate with copywriting teams to create SEO-optimised, engaging, and relevant content.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as SEO specialist, including managerial experience, preferably within a global D2C brand in-house or within an agency.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies & projects, resulting in better organic health.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, web analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience and passion in training and developing directreports.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for staying abreast of industry trends, search engine updates and AI developments.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO best practices and proficiency in SEO languages incl HTML & JavaScript.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced agile environment
  • A keen interest in AI and its implications on SEO and content creation. Proficiency in LLM prompting is a bonus (e.g: Chat GPT)
  • A passion for fitness, sports and / or nutrition alongside fluency in another language is a bonus.
