We now have a truly brilliant opportunity for 2 part‑time Sensory Panellists at our largest and most advanced brewery in Europe. One role will be permanent, and the other will be a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. As a Sensory Panelist, you will taste and assess our portfolio to ensure world‑class quality for our consumers.
Support our Quality team in flavour evaluation of Molson Coors brands and new products in development, ensuring they meet consumer needs. Undergo taste training and weekly performance evaluation, developing your tasting and assessment skills. Match and evaluate the sensory impact of new processes, providing independent and objective data for Technical, Marketing and Production teams.
Have a well‑developed sense of taste and smell and a passionate interest in food, drink and flavours. Demonstrate ability to embrace change, work cooperatively and express disagreement constructively. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required; applicants with a food quality background will be preferred.
