Job summary

A respected care provider in Guildford is looking for a passionate Home Manager to lead a supported accommodation home for young people. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery, supervise staff, and maintain a welcoming environment. A driving license and access to a car are essential. Competitive salary of £30,000 plus bonuses available.

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected care and support provider that delivers supported accommodation services to young people aged 16–18.

Our client operates multiple homes across London and the Home Counties, offering safe, nurturing environments for young people

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Manager to lead one of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service that truly changes lives.

As a Home Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a supported accommodation home.
