Skills and Competencies
  • 6+ years of digital agency, production company, or in-house experience producing high-impact B2B/B2C video and podcast content.
  • Well-rounded production skills across pre-production, production, and post—from scripting to shooting, editing, and audio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with strong skills in After Effects, Audition, Lumetri Color, and Media Encoder.
  • Expert camera operator with studio, on-location, and social-first shooting experience, plus strong understanding of lighting, audio/video hardware and studio setups.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate creative concepts across diverse video and podcast formats; familiarity with emerging GenAI production tools.
  • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and project management skills, with strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across internal teams and external agencies.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Responsibilities
  • Bring Moody’s creative vision to a global stage—crafting dynamic video and podcast content that elevates our brand and engages audiences everywhere.
  • Capture high-quality video and audio on-site at Moody’s London studios and locations.
  • Produce polished, brand-aligned video and podcast edits using Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
  • Leverage emerging GenAI platforms to explore concepts, enhance workflows, and push creative boundaries.
  • Partner with stakeholders, the Video & Podcast and Design teams to translate briefs into compelling creative concepts.
  • Develop clear, story-driven video and podcast ideas—and articulate the rationale behind your creative approach.
  • Support pre-production efforts including planning, scripting, casting, and vendor coordination, and oversee executive interview shoots.
  • Manage external agency relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with creative goals, while contributing actively to team ideation and an inclusive workplace culture.
