Are you a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for leadership and clinical excellence?

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing our clinical practice and mentoring a talented team of Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the veterinary and nursing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily workflows, ensuring smooth operations across the practice, high-quality clinical care, and excellent customer service.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure clinical governance and adherence to high standards in all aspects of care and treatment.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budgeting for hospital treatments and resources, ensuring cost-effective practices without compromising on patient care.
  • Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to the Head Nurse and Veterinary Surgeons, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £64,000 - £76,000 per annum (including allowances).
  • CPD Funding: 38 hours of CPD funding for continuous professional development, plus an annual CPD allowance of £1,000.
