In this role, you will guide research across the full product lifecycle, translating complex data into actionable insights that influence design, strategy, and product decisions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure research informs every stage of development. Your work will champion user‑centred practices, promote inclusivity, and help teams create meaningful solutions that make a real difference for users.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct end‑to‑end qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and service decisions.
