Entrust Corporation is filing an application for permanent alien labor certification for the following position: Senior User Researcher opportunity located in Shakopee, MN.

Responsibilities
  • Design and validate survey and interview-based approaches to measuring quality of user experience (UX) for AI-powered digital identity technology solutions.
  • Conduct applied UX research (UXR) to understand U.S.-based customer groups and guide company-level strategic decision-making for the development and enhancement of end-user experience.
  • Design, organize, and conduct primary research exploring the behaviors and motivations of customers through various qualitative methods.
  • Work directly with product teams to ensure UXR learning is integrated into the product development process and that the research roadmap delivers insights in time for key milestones.
  • Partner with growth and sales-related initiatives to develop an approach to passive learning during the sales process, and develop relationships with customers to increase access to insight touchpoints.
  • Create easy-to-consume content that develops customer empathy across the company and influences decisions that impact company direction.
  • Act as a key contributor in growing the maturity of the User Research practice and improve the quality of work through attention to detail, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
  • Continue to build out research processes and the user research depository; support the development of other researchers.
  • This is a fully remote position and may be worked from any location within the United States.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Market Research, International Studies, Business, or related field; plus 36 months of experience as a Design Researcher, User Researcher, or related role involving research for customer engagement and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and carrying out user surveys and interviews for technology solutions; working with product development teams to implement UXR findings into technology solutions; heuristic evaluation of end-user experience; moderated and unmoderated usability testing.
  • Experience with customer insights software (including Dovetail); UX research for digital identity solutions (including Onfido Studio and Motion); development of research taxonomies and guidelines for end-user research.
Compensation and Benefits

Wage Range: $180,217 – $190,217 per year

The pay range for this position is $180,217 - $190,217 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
