Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle daily treasury activities, cash management operations, and cash flow projections.
• Supervise the daily activities of the cashier office and cash control team.
• Maintain banking relationships and work with banks and external investment managers on pricing, product solutions and service quality.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports, treasury-related accounting entries and other financial reports for month‑end closing.
• Prepare quarterly board papers of investment performance and position.
• Assist in annual budgeting and prepare cash flow forecast.
• Provide ad‑hoc treasury support to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with auditor and support statutory audit requests in relation to treasury activities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. Professional certifications (CPA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting or/and treasury function. Candidate with more experience and qualification may be considered as Senior Treasury Accountant. NGO experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
