About the Company

Founded in 2020, Lucky Seven Marketing helps overstretched marketing teams achieve their goals by acting as a seamless extension of their team. Trusted by leading beauty and wellness brands, we deliver expert-led support that’s fast, flexible and always high quality.

About the Role

Support the Senior Marketing Managers in delivering go-to-market activations that bring our clients’ marketing strategies to life and drive both commercial performance and brand KPIs.

Channel Marketing

  • Contribute to the creation and activation of strategic marketing plans to support each client's commercial objectives - including increasing sales, AOV, customer acquisition, retention, and service excellence. Performance will be measured via engagement, sales, and client KPIs.
  • Assist in the creation of bespoke marketing plans to support client business objectives and enhance brand equity across the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain the marketing calendar with Senior Managers, ensuring alignment with wider plans and trading moments. Circulate updates as required.
  • Support the launch and promotion of new products, services, and store openings through planning, toolkit creation, and activation.
  • Monitor campaign performance vs. forecast, track budget and spend, and provide analysis with key learnings and recommendations.
  • Ensure activation packs, sales toolkits, and reports are delivered on time, in budget, and to a high standard.
  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations for strategy reviews, internal meetings, and new business pitches.
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for clients, managing briefs and ad hoc requests with a focus on timely, high-quality service.
  • Use internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, Toggl) to manage workflow, track timelines, and ensure accurate reporting and billing.

Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with client teams and suppliers to execute best-in-class activations.
  • Build relationships with third-party teams to maximise marketing and sales opportunities, particularly where linked to channel KPIs.
  • Deputise for Senior Retail Marketing Managers at client meetings when required.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather insights and continuously improve marketing activation plans.

Visual Merchandising

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in identifying and reporting on client VM needs.
  • Ensure up-to-date planograms are communicated and implemented for key projects (e.g., NPD, brand refreshes, promotions), working closely with client VM teams.
  • Liaise with external agencies to manage promotional material implementation in retail spaces, minimising waste through efficient change-outs.
  • Conduct regular digital, social and in-store audits.

Social

  • Develop social assets and content calendars for clients and Lucky Seven in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Write social media captions in line with client brand guidelines.

Events, POS & Print

  • Create briefing packs, toolkits, presentation decks, and POS/event kits alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and external agencies.
  • Produce campaign assets and posters aligned to the marketing calendar.
  • Manage print production and timely delivery to clients.
  • Track key competitor launches and marketing activity to inform client plans.

Commercials & Reporting

  • Track all marketing spend, raise POs/PORFs, and maintain budget accuracy in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Keep commercial trackers updated and ensure awareness of ROI for all client activity.
  • Conduct competitor audits, track trends, and share insights to guide marketing strategy.
  • Assist with pricing, code management, and campaign asset accuracy.
  • Create and distribute monthly client report decks with key performance insights.
