Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Facilities Management or building services focused on hard services.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and PPM processes.
• Experience supervising contractors or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of hard services and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with outsourced contractors.
• Monitor and update the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Provide on-site technical supervision ensuring H&S requirements.
• Act as the Authorised Person for Electrical Works.

Skills

Facilities Management experience

Understanding of statutory compliance

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of CAFM systems

Education

Recognised engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical)

IOSH qualification
