Job description

As a Senior ICT Technical Specialist on our Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of critical ICT infrastructure services, including:

  • Databases
  • Server operating systems
  • Storage platforms
  • Microsoft 365 platforms
  • Server-based applications
  • Network components
  • Back-ups

You will ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability across all systems while providing expert guidance to users, colleagues, and stakeholders. Acting as a technical authority, project lead, and escalation point, you will drive service improvement, support strategic development, and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
