• Understanding of planning management legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate development opportunities for land purchase.
• Secure planning approvals according to Group policies.
• Manage external consultants for design coordination.
• Prepare Pre-Construction Health and Safety Information.
• Provide operational reports on planning risks and opportunities.
