Our client is an organisation developing advanced workforce management solutions for major employers across the UK. They're looking for a Senior Technical Lead to help shape the architecture and delivery of their core systems while driving innovation across a modern .Net and Azure environment.

This is a senior hands‑on leadership role where you'll guide architecture, mentor engineers, and oversee technical delivery from concept to completion. You'll work closely with Product, DevOps and QA teams to ensure high standards of performance, scalability and reliability across the platform.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from design through to delivery

• Guide RESTful API and microservice development across distributed systems
• Champion TDD and maintain a quality-first engineering culture
• Oversee containerised deployments using Docker and Azure DevOps

What you'll bring

• Strong background in backend development using .Net and C#
