Overview

An 12-month FTC opportunity has arisen at a leading London market underwriter for a strong technical insurance / reinsurance professional to join at a busy time, with strong potential for longer term opportunities. This newly created role will give an experienced person the responsibility for:

• For inwards treaty reinsurance technical accounts matters across the group
• Processing and reconciliation of insurance accounts across group companies both in the UK and internationally
• Submission of accounts, and timely settlement of premium and claims in accordance with treaty terms
• Reconciliation of accounts and resolution of complex discrepancies with brokers, underwriters and claims including cash allocations
• Reporting to aid the reduction of aged debt and unallocated cash
• Process improvement projects across the credit control function
• Supporting the Credit Control and Non Bureau areas for treaty related queries and centralisation

You will come from a strong technical insurance &/or Reinsurance background within the Lloyd's market (Broker or insurer) with experience of change projects. With strong communication and interpersonal skills you will be looking for a role that can utilise your wide range of skills in an exciting Lloyd's and London market environment.
