Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in technical account management, preferably with SaaS and DaaS products.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption and upsells.
  • Experience interpreting and understanding RESTful APIs from a customer's perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for licensed data and content partners.
  • Provide technical support including API QA and troubleshooting data product issues.
  • Monitor usage patterns and product performance to support renewals and upsell opportunities.
