Senior Systems Engineer – Defence & Radar Systems
Location:North London
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 DOE

Join a leading defence and surveillance technology organisation working on the next generation of radar and naval systems. We’re recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer to play a critical role in delivering complex projects, from initial concept through to final acceptance.
As part of a skilled engineering team, you will work across the full systems engineering lifecycle – including bid support, system design, integration, and customer delivery – contributing directly to national and international defence programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full development lifecycle: from concept through to delivery and acceptance.
• Produce specifications, develop integration plans, conduct verification, and support customer acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, mechanical) and stakeholders to define system-level requirements.
• Deliver innovative product solutions based on advanced radar technologies.
• Prepare and present documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support bids and proposal writing.
• Travel within the UK and internationally may be required at short notice.
