Senior Surveyor Manager

At Hightown, we are looking for a RICS qualified Senior Surveyor to take charge of our Healthy Homes Team and drive excellence in property maintenance, damp and mould inspections, and major works delivery. This is a high-impact role where your technical expertise and leadership will directly improve the lives of our residents.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading a team of six surveyors and operatives to deliver high-quality inspections and remedial works in line with Awaab’s Law.
• Overseeing our Stock Condition Survey programme, ensuring accurate asset data and compliance with housing standards.
• Managing major works projects such as roof replacements and component upgrades.
• Providing expert technical advice on building defects, disrepair cases, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless, customer-focused service.
