Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the development of recovery-focused care plans and risk assessments.
• Lead shifts and support junior staff.
• Promote a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Liaise with clinical teams, probation, and partner agencies.
• Support service users with reintegration into the community.
