Role : Senior Support Worker

Location : Holly Court, Mirfield

Salary : £14.31 / hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidays

Hours : 37.5hrs

Please note this role does require you to have experience in leading a team within a social care setting, but additional training will be provided for the successful candidate.

As a Senior Support Worker at Holly Court, your role will be as varied as the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include :

  • Supervising our dedicated team of Support Workers
  • Promoting person-centered, high quality care
  • Conducting supervisions and one to ones with staff
  • Auditing, updating, and reviewing documentation including care plans
  • Administering and auditing medication(s)
