A leading social care organization in Lower Hopton is seeking a Senior Support Worker to supervise a dedicated team and promote person-centered care for adults with disabilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in team leadership and a commitment to high standards of care. In this role, you will manage staff documentation and medication auditing while ensuring a supportive environment. Comprehensive training and support are provided, with competitive hourly pay and great benefits.
Role : Senior Support Worker
Location : Holly Court, Mirfield
Salary : £14.31 / hr plus great benefits and enhanced rates of pay for overtime and bank holidays
Hours : 37.5hrs
Please note this role does require you to have experience in leading a team within a social care setting, but additional training will be provided for the successful candidate.
