A charity supporting individuals in Chippenham is seeking a Senior Support Worker. In this role, you will provide tailored support, lead teams, and ensure quality care for individuals with diverse needs. We're looking for compassionate candidates with supervisory experience in social care, who hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Care. This position offers a salary of £13.65 per hour plus excellent benefits including enhanced sick pay, Wellbeing days, and robust training opportunities.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be pivotal in supporting individuals with daily living, safeguarding their wellbeing, and helping them achieve their aspirations. You’ll also take on senior responsibilities, including leading teams, supervising staff, and ensuring quality support services.
