The Role

The Senior Supervisor manages Instrumentation and Regulation resources to optimize efficiency as well as personal and public safety.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise field employees engaged in pressure regulation, instrumentation and gas conditioning activities
  • Perform mandated inspections and testing
  • Perform safety observation tours and conduct safety meetings
  • Ensure established targets are tracked and met
  • Administer performance reviews, positive discipline and absenteeism policies
  • Train field employees in pressure regulation, odorization and instrumentation
  • Respond to all gas emergencies, from individual orders to system wide events by mobilizing and coordinating activities of a large and mobile workforce and in concert with other departments
  • Continuously look for improvements in current processes and propose new ideas
About You
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of gas operations experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Valid driver's license required

Salary

$115,000 - $135,000 a year

Please be advised that due to the nature of this position, incumbents to federal Drug & Alcohol safety regulations governing US Department of Transportation ("DOT") covered positions, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA). As such, the Company’s testing programs and policies regarding the use of federally prohibited drugs or alcohol, for recreational or medical purposes, will remain in effect for these safety-sensitive, DOT covered positions.
