A leading charity organization in England is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the Surrey Young People’s Substance Use Service. This role involves delivering high-quality services, leading a team, and developing effective relationships with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in service delivery, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. This is a fixed-term role with potential for secondment opportunities.
This is a 12-month fixed term post to cover maternity leave till 31 / 01 / 2027, and / or it could be an excellent secondment opportunity for current Catch22 senior practitioners who would like to develop their experience and knowledge within another Catch22 service.
This exciting role has responsibility for contributing to the strategic development, and operational management, of Catch22 Surrey Young People’s Substance Use Service (SYPSUS). This is a county-wide specialist treatment service, offering one-to-one support to young people and their families, a 24‑hour helpline, counselling, and pharmacological support, as part of a tailored recovery approach for young people aged 11 to 25‑years‑old.
The Surrey team are a safe, happy and supportive team of dedicated and passionate individuals, with a great sense of humour and collaboration.
This post will involve travel across the country, and occasional evening and weekend working.
