About Us

Join our Medical Devices Centre of Excellence in Witney where we are at the forefront of developing the next generation of glucose-monitoring technology. With strong business growth and innovative product development we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Statistician I to make a significant impact on patient health.


The Role

As a Senior Statistician I you’ll be involved in end-to-end clinical trials for a select number of global projects typically lasting from 4 to 18 months. From supporting protocol development to preparing publications you’ll see the direct impact of your work as we expand our FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose testing system into new markets and patient populations. You’ll also provide key statistical support to our pipeline products working alongside scientists and engineers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the development of groundbreaking glucose-monitoring technology.

  • Engage in all stages of clinical trials from protocol development to publication.

  • Work with a vibrant, friendly and diverse team leading a small group on varied projects and statistical techniques.

  • Share best practices, leverage insights and build your expertise through our network of Statistics professionals.

About You

Qualifications


  • BSc (or higher) in Statistics or Mathematics.


Experience


  • Strong working knowledge of SAS and experience in clinical research.
