A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to lead the provision of out-patient pharmacy services. You will collaborate with specialist clinics, develop clinical pharmacy services, and support the training of staff. A GPhC registration and a diploma in General Pharmacy Practice or equivalent are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. This full-time role includes participation in on-call, weekend, and holiday duty rotas.
Lead the provision of out‑patient pharmacy services for immunosuppressant and disease‑modifying drugs. Collaboratively work with specialist teams to develop clinical pharmacy services, including prescribing, and facilitate training of permanent and rotating staff. Support the Lead Patient Services Pharmacist in rolling out patient‑centre consultations.

Full‑time post with required participation in on‑call (back‑up), weekend, bank holiday and late‑night duty rotas.
You must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a diploma in General Pharmacy Practice or an equivalent qualification and possess broad hospital‑based experience.
Your communication skills should be excellent and you should enjoy working as part of a large multi‑disciplinary team. Friendly, approachable, adaptable, flexible and willing to learn new skills are essential, as is a commitment to continuous professional development.
