You will be the bridge between architectural strategy and technical execution, developing the critical software solutions that connect complex enterprise systems, including ERP, Field Services, Time Tracking, HR, and Payroll.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the Solution: Take ownership of software solutions from end to end. You'll produce solution blueprints, lead client discovery sessions, and be the key technical point of contact.
• Build & Implement: Design and develop robust cloud-based software solutions using a modern Azure tech stack. You'll perform hands-on coding, testing, and deployment, with a focus on integrating D365 Finance & Operations, Project Operations, and Workday to connect Finance, Service, and HR systems.
• Drive Strategic Change: Your software will directly support our clients' business goals. You'll develop migration strategies for complex ERP transitions, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining data integrity.

Your Skills & Experience as a Senior Software Engineer: We're looking for a seasoned professional with a blend of deep technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive, hands-on experience with complex system and data migrations (ETL processes).
• Expert proficiency with Azure cloud services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus) and software architectural patterns.
• Proven experience developing software solutions for D365 Finance & Operations, Project Operations, and Workday integration.
• Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Dataverse.
