Senior Software Engineer – Fintech Platform
Are you an experienced software engineer passionate about building scalable, data-driven systems in a fast-paced financial technology environment? We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape and evolve a cutting-edge fintech platform used by institutions and customers globally.

What You’ll Do

• Play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Elixir, powering core financial transaction flows, reconciliation systems, and real-time event processing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, data, security) to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Champion a data-driven approach to engineering decisions, ensuring code quality, performance, and resilience in a high-throughput environment.
• Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Participate in agile practices, including code reviews, pair programming, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.
