Senior Social Worker - Mental Health Team, Oldham | £35 per hour

Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team in Oldham. This position is well-suited to experienced practitioners who are ready to take on additional responsibility while continuing to deliver person-centred support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. The role offers a pay rate of £35 per hour and combines leadership responsibilities with complex casework.

Sanctuary will support locum workers with exclusive vacancies, security of work through strong partnerships with local authorities, potential permanent pathways, and expert consultant guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a complex caseload within adult mental health services.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to colleagues as part of a senior leadership function.
