Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field, preferably with a 2:2 or above.
• Professional certifications like CISMP or CompTIA Security+ are desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a SOC or related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering SOC services across projects.
• Monitor systems for security alerts and suspicious activity.
• Enhance existing security controls in a changing environment.
• Develop Role-Based Access Control aligned to IDAM service.
• Produce service and security reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct security awareness training sessions.
• Support technical system certifications, including ISO 27001.
• Work with the Security Manager to develop SOC capabilities.
