• Manage and monitor subcontractor works to ensure compliance with specifications and programme.
• Provide technical support to Site Management and Project Leadership teams.

The Role

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful technical delivery of complex, multi‑discipline projects. You will provide engineering leadership on site, ensuring all works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering activities on large multi‑room schemes
• Oversee setting‑out, site surveys, design coordination and QA processes
• Manage and monitor subcontractor works to ensure compliance with specifications and programme
• Provide technical support to Site Management and Project Leadership teams
• Produce accurate site documentation, reports, and QA records
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

About You

• Degree‑qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer with a main contractor
• Strong technical knowledge across RC frame, structural, civils, or build elements
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Experience in multi‑room, residential, student accommodation, or hotel schemes advantageous
• CSCS essential; SMSTS/First Aid desirable
