Overview

Senior Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Specialist / IT Support Engineer based in Leeds — Monday to Friday hybrid role; provide end user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support and triage IT issues as part of a Service Desk team.
• Work with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting, Active Directory, and awareness of Group Policy.
• Utilise SCCM / Intune, DFS folder permissions in SharePoint, and have an understanding of Networking triage.
• Contribute to Knowledge Banks (KBs) where appropriate and act as a senior member in a technical capacity, helping to set good standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365 troubleshooting, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/Intune, DFS permissions in SharePoint, and basic networking triage.
