Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers are informed about required service and repair work in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs and timelines for repairs
• Sell additional products suitable to customer needs
• Manage collection arrangements and timescales
• Create job cards using the in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records accurately
• Document warranty work following manufacturer policies
• Prepare and complete invoices

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage
• Full driving license
