Senior Security Engineer

Our client is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to help strengthen a growing, highly supported Information Security function. You'll work across modern security tooling, contribute to architecture and strategy, and play a hands-on role in protecting global client data.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimise secure infrastructure and tooling.
  • Manage and tune SIEM/SOAR platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and MSSPs to ensure consistent controls.
  • Automate security processes and track performance metrics.
  • Support incident response investigations and remediation.
  • Work with vulnerability management to reduce risk.
  • Contribute to the security engineering roadmap and architecture.
Experience
  • Experience in security engineering or a technical security role.
  • Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP).
  • Skills in several of: SIEM, SOAR, detection rules, Ansible, firewalls/IDS/IPS, Windows/Linux, cloud security, AWS/Azure.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and high personal integrity.
Bonus

Bonus: CISSP, CEH, CISM, Security+, or scripting experience (Python/PowerShell).
