ERS are very pleased to offer a new role with one of our established clients in the industrial biotechnology and sustainability community. Members of The Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre, they conduct contract manufacturing and research services for the betterment of environmental sustainability and human health.

They are recruiting for a Senior Molecular Biologist with an interest in developing your career within this space. Working with a fast paced, growing organisation, you will conduct projects on behalf of global biotech clients. No day will be the same as the last and you'll be surrounded by a supportive and high performing team. Ideally, you will have a PhD or Masters in a relevant subject plus 2 + years industry experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include conducting projects on behalf of global biotech clients in a fast-paced environment, contributing to contract manufacturing and research services, and supporting environmental sustainability and human health initiatives.

Qualifications

• A PhD MSc in Molecular Biology/Industrial Biotechnology/ Microbiology (or similar subject)
• Experience in mammalian cell line development is essential
• Knowledge and practical experience in molecular biology techniques
• Genetic cloning experience
• Experience in working under a QMS (GMP, GLP)
