Are you a seasoned Salesforce expert ready to take ownership of high‑impact technical delivery? Our client—an established, forward‑thinking Global consultancy— is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead their Salesforce strategy, engineering standards, and platform innovation.

The Role

As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be the technical authority across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations. You’ll guide architectural decisions, lead a small team of developers, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business ambition and best practice.

This is an opportunity to influence the long‑term Salesforce roadmap while remaining hands‑on with high‑quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design, development, and delivery.
• Define architectural standards and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers and admins.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to shape requirements and drive platform improvements.
• Oversee integrations, data flows, and API‑driven solutions.
• Champion best practices across deployment, DevOps, and documentation.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer, Lead, or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise across Apex, LWC, Flow, and core Salesforce configuration.
• Hands‑on background with multi‑cloud environments (Sales / Service / Experience preferred).
• Experience designing scalable integrations and API services.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (e.g., PDII, Application Architect, System Architect).
