As a Senior Sales Recruiter on GitLab’s Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a central role in hiring the sales talent that drives GitLab’s growth. As GitLab scales in competitive global markets, you’ll help shape and execute recruitment strategies that support our go-to-market plans. Partnering closely with sales leaders and cross-functional partners, you’ll build trusted advisory relationships, use data to inform decisions, and iterate on our recruiting processes. You’ll own research-based sourcing strategies for a wide range of sales roles and ensure representative recruitment practices are integrated into your work and the broader team. You’ll also help refine our recruiting playbooks and tools so that our strategy, processes, and operations are easy to understand in our all-remote, values-driven environment, while delivering an excellent candidate experience across multiple time zones.
At GitLab, our Sales Recruiting team is a centralized, cross-functional partner to our global Go-To-Market organization, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional sales talent across all levels and regions. You’ll join our fully remote, globally distributed team, where we collaborate asynchronously to prioritize roles, share market insights, and refine our hiring approach for high-growth sales functions. We document our strategy and processes in the Recruiting and Sales hiring handbooks so our hiring managers and partners can understand and follow consistent, inclusive hiring practices.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. If you’re excited about this role, please apply and allow our recruiters to assess your application.
