Looking to start a rewarding career in property in one of Devon’s most vibrant coastal towns? Our Torquay branch is searching for a motivated and people-focused Trainee Negotiator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, build confidence, and develop a long-term career in estate agency while working in a fast-moving local market. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, receive structured training, and play an active role in helping buyers and sellers move forward with confidence across the Torquay area.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Torquay, you will receive:

• £31000+OTE per year
• Basic Salary up to £22,000
• Company Car
• Uncapped commission
• Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every other Saturday
