We can be flexible on your location from Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol or London. Temporary (rolling basis - Christmas season).

Responsibilities

• Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries
• Turning "thinking about it" into "booked it" with speed and style
• Building client relationships that last beyond December
• Upselling festive drinks packages, party add-ons & entertainment
• Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team
• Flying the flag for Nightcap - bringing our late-night energy to every conversation

Qualifications

• A proven sales experience
• Hospitality Experience
• Someone who thrives in the buzz of high-volume festive sales
• Confident, resilient & unapologetically target-driven
• Organised enough to juggle a full inbox while keeping clients feeling special
