Job description

The Senior Sales Executive helps drive hotel revenue by promoting the property and other chain hotels in the region. The role requires sales skills, a results‑driven approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Promote the hotel and chain properties within the assigned territory, targeting key clients and commercial accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed hotel budget targets and individual KPIs, including room nights, meeting room revenue, ADR, and occupancy.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic sales visits, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients to secure contracts.
  • Forecast business volume based on hotel occupancy, seasonal trends, events, and market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, company, and contact information in the PMS (Anais system).
  • Gather and communicate competitor and market intelligence to support informed decision‑making.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates, ensuring proposals are documented accurately and aligned with company strategy.
  • Provide high-quality after‑sales service, addressing client feedback and collaborating with internal departments as needed.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, contributing to overall team performance and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of proven hotel sales experience, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Strong record of new business acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts
