A healthcare organization in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Senior Safeguarding Practitioner to enhance professional practices related to safeguarding. The role involves supervision, training, and providing expert advice to frontline practitioners. Senior Safeguarding Practitioner - 37.5 hours per week full time
Band 7, £47,810 - £54,710 per annum 12 months fixed term
You will have a key role in promoting good professional practice across all elements of the safeguarding agenda under the guidance of the Head of Safeguarding. You will take the lead in providing supervision, training, specialist advice and support related to safeguarding adults, safeguarding children, Prevent and domestic abuse. You will contribute to developing the skills of the frontline practitioners, particularly in relation to assessment of safeguarding risk, immediate interventions, partnership working and report writing.
