Qualifications

  • Experience working within the criminal justice sector for at least two years.
  • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of issues faced by adult men in prison.
  • Understanding of gang involvement realities.
  • Experience supporting individuals towards crime-free futures.

Responsibilities

  • Support up to 20 participants with mentoring and interventions.
  • Publicise the program through outreach and presentations.
  • Conduct risk assessments based on sensitive data.
  • Facilitate restorative justice interventions and follow-up supports.
  • Maintain and share detailed records of participant interactions.
