A leading legal services provider is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to oversee resource management for Financial Regulatory Consulting services in City of Westminster. The role involves workforce planning, demand forecasting, and managing consultant allocations. The Senior Resource Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Financial Regulatory Consulting services are resourced with the right people, at the right time, and at the right cost. Working closely with the Regulatory Conduct and Financial Crime Directors, they lead workforce planning and end-to-end resource management across multiple concurrent client engagements. The role oversees the allocation of permanent, contract and associate consultants ensuring alignment of skills and capacity with project requirements. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, managing utilisation, overseeing onboarding and compliance, and ensuring effective performance oversight across all resources. Once established, collaborating with wider resourcing support to ensure operational discipline, data-driven planning, and a seamless interface between recruitment, delivery, and finance functions to achieve delivery excellence.
