Location : Wyke, Bradford
Hours : 40.5 hours per week
Salary : £30,500 - £34,100 (depending on experience and qualifications) *
Earnings : £35,675 - £39,275 (based on 10 sleep ins per month)
Annual Leave Entitlement : 251.1 hours

We’re looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Green Lane Children’s Home. This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months’ experience in a children’s residential home, who is passionate about making a real impact. Working alongside an experienced and supportive management team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, nurturing home environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
