Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent).
• Extensive UK private practice experience.
• Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds and associated documentation.
