Overview

This is a standout opportunity to join a market-leading team delivering high-profile, complex, and impactful work in executive search within the education sector. The firm focuses on appointments of chief executives and their top teams, board members and non-executive directors within universities, independent research organisations, commercial education businesses, EdTech start-ups and government departments. This hire will be focusing on candidate generation and attraction, working closely with Partners to identify target firms and devise and implement each search strategy. The role also involves assimilating market knowledge, screening and interviewing prospects, and providing timely and effective feedback to team members. Assignment support is a large part of this role, including preparing weekly progress reports to illustrate project landscape to clients while adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead candidate generation and attraction in education sector executive search.
  • Collaborate with Partners to identify target firms and develop search strategies.
  • Assimilate market knowledge and conduct screening and interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Provide timely and effective feedback to team members.
