The position allows autonomy and flexibility in managing your own caseload of commercial valuation work. Responsibilities include property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and liaising with clients. Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial valuation are essential. Regular training sessions at the head office and travel for client meetings are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor qualification is essential.
• Experience in either commercial valuation or lease consultancy is required.
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel is necessary.
