A leading national consultancy is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor or Senior Surveyor for a home-based position covering the North of England and Midlands. The role offers autonomy and flexibility while managing a variety of commercial valuation work. The ideal candidate will have experience in property inspections and strong negotiation skills, and is required to attend in-person meetings every eight weeks. A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor with experience in commercial valuation or lease advisory work.
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and measurements.
• Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
• Undertake rent reviews, lease consultancy, and market valuations.
• Manage your own caseload efficiently to meet billing and quality targets.
