Qualifications

• Full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to NVQ Level 3 in relevant Engineering subject.
• Relevant experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in automation or material handling environments.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure equipment availability and proper functioning.
• Monitor processes to adhere to regulations and policies.
• Suggest and implement improvements for systems efficiency.
• Supervise technicians for development and as contact point.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted to increase uptime.
