A leading palliative care organization based in the UK is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to support patients with advanced illnesses across outpatient and community settings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing, NMC registration, and experience in palliative care. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care. The Senior Registered Nurse role will work across our outpatient and community locations, working closely with other multidisciplinary team members to proactively monitor and support patients, providing timely input to those with stable and slowly changing needs. They will also work in partnership with internal and external healthcare professionals as well as patients and their families, ensuring person‑centred, effective and co‑ordinated care.
Our Living Well service is looking to appoint a Senior Registered Nurse with experience in both palliative care and working within the community.
